2009年在甘肅蘭州設(shè)立碳化硅冶煉原塊兒廠。使我們在碳化硅生產(chǎn)方面更具優(yōu)勢。
2010年擴建廠房更新設(shè)備，并建立多條生產(chǎn)線，在綠碳化硅微粉產(chǎn)量方面有大幅度提高。尤其是1200#，1500#綠碳化硅微粉生產(chǎn)量每月500噸。
